Vincera Capital, established in 1997 by Richard Chen, is an independent professional venture capital firm investing in the Greater China region. Vincera has raised approximately US$230 million over 10 funds since inception, with approximately $200 million invested to date and $30 million of current investable capital. |

Vincera invests across a broad spectrum of industries and investment stages, from start-up to mezzanine and in industries ranging from electronics components to green energy to consumer retail. Our focus is on the Greater China region with an emphasis on local Taiwanese companies and Taiwanese-owned enterprises operating in China. |

Vincera prides itself in its rigorous due diligence progress and its investment discipline, basing our investments on solid company and industry fundamentals and avoiding “hot” deals that are bid up by competing venture capital firms. Our conservatism is validated by the fact that all of our funds to date have generated overall positive returns to our investors.
